Editorial assessment
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I have a 90'000 word manuscript for a Novel, in need of an editorial assessment. The document is in English (US). It has been thoroughly edited and reviewed by myself and with the use of Grammarly.
It now needs an external review.
- General (i.e. is it a good and enjoyable read?)
- structure (Chapters/scenes. better with more chapter?)
- plot/story (does it flow well, any inconsistency in logic)
- Style and pacing
- Characters/setting
- Suggested path forward (how much editing would you think is needed to bring to a publishable state?)
Preferable delivery of:
- Report that lays the comments (does not need to be exactly as above. just well structured)
- some examples etc marked up in the manuscript (but this is not a line-by-line edit).
