Editing for a book

An author needs full editing job for their book ( grammar and spelling) along with chapter division ( chapters are created but may need to be separated more or sub-sectioned and named for more fluidity and cohesion). There are song titles and lyrics used in the book which are in quotes but need to be placed and punctuated correctly. A white and a black editor are needed to also feel out the response to the book. One black male and a white female. Both will be paid but the author will decide what editing job to use. The author is working on epilogue or dedications now so we are looking to go to edit by the end of the first two weeks in September with expectations of the editing job finished by the end of October. This deadline is important for us in order to publish for Christmas. Finally, we are asking for a true opinion on the book as well. Like we said we are interested in the opinions of both the black male and white female editors which should be submitted with your edited version.
