Edit my book on psychology

I have written a book on psychology and looking for an expert editor to edit and proofread my book. As the book is written in English and English is not my first language, I would prefer someone who has a good grasp of the language. A native English speaker is more preferable but not necessary.

It is better if you have a degree in ‘Psychology’ or related subjects, but not necessary. Please check the attachment to have a look at the ‘Preface’ of the book.

The book has around 40,000 words. Let me know how much you are willing to charge per 1000 words.

I would like you to edit and proofread the book in the following way-
-Proofread the grammatical errors or sentence structures (if any)
-Check for inappropriate words to the concept
-Rewrite sentences or paragraphs where it seems necessary (the flow goes down for example)
-Suggest new ideas where applicable

I would prefer that you use the ‘Track Changes’ option in MS Word so that I know which parts you made changes in. Also, you can add comments where you have suggestions.
