Book editing

Hello, I'm looking for assistance editing a book I’ve written that is over 100,000 words long. Specifically, I need help with reducing word count — mainly reducing word count, with feedback on pacing, and character arc. The book is a work of fiction and I’m hoping to find an amateur editor, later the book will be sent to a professional editor. The project should take roughly three weeks to complete.
