Handwritten Notes Transcription

I have a batch of handwritten notes that need to be transcribed verbatim into plain text files. Each page should become its own .txt document, preserving original line breaks where they naturally occur but without any additional formatting or styling beyond simple paragraphs. Accuracy is crucial—every word, abbreviation, and punctuation mark must match the source.

Once finished, deliver a compressed folder containing the individual text files named after the corresponding note numbers I will supply. I will review the files against the originals to confirm fidelity and completeness before signing off.
