List Luxury Croatian Villa on Chinese Property Portals
Budget: $20 – $100 USD
An exclusive villa in Kožino, near Zadar on the Croatian coast is for sale (details: https://for-sale.headsbase.hr/), and I'm looking for a freelancer with real estate marketing experience in the Chinese market to help me reach Chinese buyers and investors.
Scope of work:
Identify the most relevant Chinese platforms for overseas luxury property (e.g. Juwai.com, Anjuke, Fang.com, WeChat/Xiaohongshu channels, or others you recommend)
Create and publish listings on those platforms, including account setup where needed
Translate and localize the listing text into Mandarin
Adapt photos/description to what Chinese buyers expect (highlight EU location, investment potential, residency/lifestyle angle)
Provide me with links to all live listings and basic guidance on handling inbound inquiries (or optionally act as first contact point)
Requirements:
Native or fluent Mandarin plus good English
Proven experience listing or marketing international property to Chinese buyers (please share examples)
Knowledge of which portals allow foreign/private listings and their fees
Familiarity with WeChat marketing is a plus
