Client Data Cleanup & Scheduling
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have our entire roster of clients, prospects, and investors sitting in a variety of locations. Before I can move any deals forward, that data needs to be turned into reliable, up-to-date information inside our own in-house database.
Here’s the flow I want you to handle from start to finish:
• Clean and normalise the data—merge duplicates, standardise names, dates, phone numbers, and flag anything missing.
• Import or copy the cleaned records into our internal CRM tables (we don’t use Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho; it’s a simple in-house build, so you’ll be providing a CSV/Excel file for us to upload).
• Once the data sits correctly in the system, isolate the contacts who have shown a specific client interest—the key qualifier I care about—and move them to a “hot list.”
• Reach out to every person on that hot list using email and phone calls, then secure calendar appointments that fit both their availability and mine. You’ll log each touchpoint, confirmation, or decline back into the database so our history stays complete.
Deliverables I’ll use to sign off the project:
1. A cleaned Excel/CSV file and a brief log of the changes you made.
2. The updated database tables exported after import (for my backup).
3. A scheduled-appointments report: name, date, time, and confirmation reference for each successful booking.
If you’re comfortable working in Excel, parsing data, and doing professional outbound scheduling, this should be straightforward. Let me know how soon you can start and the tools you prefer for bulk email or calendar coordination.
