Transcribe Handwritten Notes Accurately

I have a set of handwritten notes that I need turned into clean, error-free plain text. The handwriting is clear, but I still expect careful attention to spelling, punctuation, and line breaks so the digital version reads exactly as intended.

Please type everything into a UTF-8 .txt file—no DOCX or PDF needed—maintaining any obvious paragraph breaks found in the originals. If a word or section is unclear, bracket it and flag it so I can verify later; otherwise, use your best judgment without altering meaning.

Deliverables:
• One plain-text file containing the complete transcription
• A brief note highlighting any uncertainties or illegible sections

Accuracy is more important than speed, but I’d still like a realistic turnaround estimate when you bid.
