I have an Excel matrix containing results from a customer satisfaction survey. The matrix includes:
Question headers (English)
Response data (numbers, percentages)
Short commentary notes explaining trends (English)
I need this matrix converted into Simplified Chinese for a presentation to stakeholders in mainland China. The numbers and percentages remain unchanged. The task is to:
Convert all English text (headers, row labels, footnote notes) into natural, accurate Chinese.
Keep the Excel layout exactly as is (merged cells, colors, column widths).
Translate the commentary notes – short paragraphs (2-3 sentences each) explaining what the data means.
Ensure consistent terminology across all cells (e.g., “Very satisfied” always translated the same way).
This is a one-time project with potential for similar work on future surveys.
