Need English transcriber from Nigeria

Hello, I need a native English transcriber for a transcription work. I need to transcribe a video. The video is about 1 hour. I need someone who has experience in transcription and can able to deliver 100% accurate transcription in SRT file format. I am looking for cost-effective offer.

It will be a long term project because more videos will be transcribed later. I prefer native English speaker. I need the transcript with time stamps so a SRT file is preferred. I will give you guidelines about how to create SRT file for video subtitle. I will pay a fixed price for this video. Thanks
