I am looking to compile an exhaustive list of local coffee shops in China. The ideal candidate for this job will be able to source and compile data from diverse platforms and ensure that all necessary details are included.

Key Requirements:
- Sources: The primary platforms for data collection should be Baidu, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Weibo, amongst others. Experience with these platforms will be highly beneficial.
- Data Collection: For each coffee shop, I require the Company name, Website, Name, WeChat Account, Mobile number, Address, and Email address. Any additional contact information would also be appreciated.
- Criteria: The list should only include coffee shops that meet a minimum number of years in business, are located within specific regions or cities, and possibly belong to specific coffee shop chains.

Skills Needed:
- Proficiency in Chinese: As the data is to be sourced from Chinese platforms, fluency in Chinese is essential.
