Marketing Proofreader

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Proofreads marketing materials to ensure retails, copy, images, trademarks, copyright requirements and all details are correct before going to press.
Audits copy for correct grammar, punctuation, brand voice alignment and consistency across assets.
Compares and proofs ad versions against online proofing software and electronic databases to identify errors or omissions, note revisions and/or approve final documents.
Reviews overall document content with accuracy and speed to confirm images, text spacing and positioning conform to specifications.
