Accurate PDF Re-type Project

I have a collection of PDF files totaling roughly 11–50 pages that must be re-typed with absolute accuracy. The source scans are clear; however, simple copy-and-paste will not capture the layout or special characters the way I need, so manual typing is essential.

Please maintain original spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks exactly as they appear in the PDFs. Minor formatting (bold, italics, headings) should be replicated where obvious, but there’s no complex design work involved.
