★☆ Native Czech Wanted ★☆
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are a Hong Kong e-commerce company with operations in Hungary and the Czech Republic, currently looking for a native Czech to join our team part-time.
The main tasks will consist of discussing with the customers and solving their problems (over the phone and e-mail, and Facebook chat) + posting on social media, and sometimes translating stuff.
We want to have super happy customers, so we are looking for someone that is very positive and can transmit that positivity over to our customers.
Working hours - approx 2 per day - from early morning to 12:00 at noon CEST (could be flexible in some circumstances). The parcels are being sent at noon, so most things have to be settled by then.
Requirements: You must be a dynamic and independent person, VERY ORGANIZED, hard-working, having no problem working from home, capable of properly managing your own time.
Past experience in e-commerce (Shopify/ customer support) is an advantage but not a requirement.
You will get a test in the beginning then we will decide on the best candidate.
You will get a 1 week paid trial period.
