IVD IFU English-Czech Translation

I have two Instructions for Use for in-vitro diagnostic products that I need rendered from English into flawless Czech. Both files are in Microsoft Word, and I’d like the translated versions returned in the same format, preserving every table, heading and reference exactly where it belongs so the document is press-ready again.

Because the text is dense with medical terminology, I’m specifically looking for someone who already works in the medical field or has handled IFUs, SDSs, kit inserts or similar healthcare documents before. Clinical accuracy matters more to me than speed; every specification, precaution and reagent description must read as if it were originally drafted by a Czech medical writer. Consistency with established EU IVDR phrasing is a plus.
