Czech/Slovak Representative for Retailer Communication
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We are currently looking for a local contact in the Czech Republic or Slovakia to support us in maintaining regular communication with a selected group of our retailers in the area. The collaboration would be formalized through a regular contract and paid engagement, requiring approximately one to two hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
This role does not involve sales activities or data collection. The retailers are already under contract; however, from time to time it is essential for us to speak with them directly, gather feedback, and provide support—particularly if they encounter difficulties in uploading sales reports to the designated portal or require general assistance.
We are already running this activity successfully in other countries and have learned that, alongside email and direct message communication managed by our internal team, direct phone contact from someone who is local—or who has a strong knowledge of the language, culture, and local practices—is extremely valuable.
