We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguese-speaking clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
>Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
>Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
>Utilize company systems to manage customer accounts, order processing, and issue resolution
>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention
?Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, sales, and quality assurance
>Continuously develop knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers
>Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy regulations
Requirements:
>Fluency in Portuguese language (both written and verbal)
>Excellent communication skills in English
>Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred
>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
>Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and other office tools
>Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
