Female Remote Call Support Intern
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a confident female intern who can handle daily call-support duties for Tiny Play Dates, our rapidly growing Singapore-based parenting platform. From your own home you will ring parents who have just registered, verify their details, walk them through our app’s key features and solve any straightforward questions they might have about registration, general platform use, or minor technical hiccups.
Clear, friendly English is a must, but confidence on the phone is the trait that will truly let you shine in this role. If you also happen to be naturally patient and warm, you’ll fit even better with the tone our community expects.
You’ll log brief notes after each conversation—nothing complex, just essential feedback so our product and community teams can keep improving the experience.
