I need an on-site exhibition assistant in Aberdeen, UK, during the SPE Offshore Europe 2025 exhibition (Sept 2–4, 2025).
Responsibilities include:
- Client reception at our booth
- Translating between English and Mandarin
- Supporting sales team with client communication and lead collection
- Organizing brochures, samples, and basic reporting
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Fluent in English; Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage
- Experience in sales, exhibitions, or customer support
- Outgoing and professional personality
- Must be available in Aberdeen during Sept 2–4, 2025
