Customer Support Executive (Female) – Online Order Confirmation (Bengali Speaking)
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We are a growing e-commerce startup in Bangladesh (similar to Chaldal and Ghorerbazar) looking for a dedicated and well-spoken female university student to join our team immediately as a Customer Support Representative.
Your primary responsibility will be to call customers to confirm their online orders and update their status.
Key Responsibilities:
Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to confirm online orders.
Use a provided Excel sheet to track calls and accurately log remarks/status updates for each customer.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone during all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Current university student can apply (Female preferred).
Language: Must be fluent in Bengali with excellent communication and listening skills.
Tools: Access to a reliable smartphone and a stable internet connection to update Excel sheets.
Efficiency: A skilled candidate should be able to complete the daily call volume within 2 to 3 hours.
Availability: Must be ready to start working immediately (from tomorrow).
Payment & Shift Details:
Working Hours: 2–3 hours per day (Flexible, but calls must be completed within standard daytime hours).
Salary: 2,000 BDT per week.
Payment Cycle: Weekly.
