Requirements:
Native or near-native fluency in Chinese (Mandarin, Simplified) and excellent command of English.
Proven experience in translating creative content, preferably scripts, literature, or media.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances in both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking contexts.
Ability to convey emotional subtleties and dramatic intent in translation.
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Deliverables:
Fully translated script in Simplified Chinese, formatted as per the original.
A short report detailing cultural and linguistic adaptations.
Please submit a sample of previous translation work, ideally in a creative or dramatic context.
