User Guide/Knowledge base for GNSS software
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for a freelancer to create a User Guide/Knowledge base for our GNSS software product website. The guide/KB should cover Vocabulary, Basic orientation, Roles description, Settings and some Advanced features.
We have analysis, mock-ups, draft of the guide/KB structure and partially ready software available, so that the freelancer could refer to it while creating the guide. We are ready to provide introduction to the software via videocall. We have already chosen CMS used for this guide/KB. However, we are open to any suggestions for both structure of the content and suitable CMS, based on the freelancer experience and expertise.
The guide should be comprehensive and cover all aspects of the software, and any instructions should be written in a clear and easy to understand manner, including screenshots from the current software. Please contact me with details and references if you are interested. Thanks.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in creating user guides or knowledge bases for software applications
- Ability to write clear and concise instructions
- Proficiency in creating interactive online guides using CMS
- Attention to detail and ability to organize information effectively
- Knowledge of GNSS software and its features is advantage
- Native US EN speaker preferred
