Edit Legal Document -- 2

Hello, I posted for this work previously as a proofreading job and as I have been reviewing the document, I have come to realize it is more of an editing job, so I am reposting it as such. As it is written now, it is clumsy and repetitive. This document is 74 pages and contains 38,091 words. The number of characters (no spaces) is 190,029 and with spaces 227,666. With 983 paragraphs consisting of 3,263 lines.

The contents of this document are sensitive and all identifying names have been substituted. These are highlighted in red. Some sections of the document must remain unchanged as they are quotes, these are also highlighted in red. Because of the sensitive nature of the document, I require information on what measures will be taken to secure the confidentiality of the contents of the document.

The document contains elements of the Māori language, which require the accents on certain words to remain on them.

As I received bids for my earlier job post, I recognized that I was confused about the pricing around bids. By including the precise information of the size of the document, number of pages and words etc. all bids should be accurately priced and contain no hidden costs. Thank you.
