Copywriting Manager - Italian and English speaker

I'm looking for a Manager that can create, teach and manage a team of copywriters for our agency.

Skills needed:

- Copywriting knowledge
- English and Italian Knowledge (writing and speaking) as a native speaker or as close as possible to one.
- Basic Marketing knowledge
- Problem solving
