Multilingual Social Media Translator Needed

Job ID: 39908450

Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD

I need a skilled linguist—or team of linguists—to turn my English-language social media marketing posts into multiple languages while preserving our playful, brand-consistent tone. The priority languages are Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Hindi, and Marathi, and I’m open to adding a few more as we grow.

Scope
• Translate and localize short-form marketing copy for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
• Adapt hashtags, cultural references, and calls-to-action so they feel native to each audience.
• Deliver final text in an editable spreadsheet or equivalent format, matched line-for-line with the original English copy for easy scheduling.
• Provide a quick style note per language (voice, formality level, regional variant) so future posts stay consistent.
• Turnaround: typically 24–48 hours per batch of up to 20 posts.

Quality expectations
• Natural-sounding marketing language—no literal machine outputs.
• Proofread by a native speaker of each target language.
• Maintain emojis where they make sense or suggest culturally resonant alternatives.
• All translations must be free of spelling or grammatical errors; I’ll spot-check random samples.

Tools & collaboration
We share content via Google Sheets and Slack, so familiarity with those platforms is helpful.

If you’re confident you can capture brand voice and move fast without sacrificing quality, let’s get started.
