English-to-Urdu Website Translation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need the written copy of my website translated from English into clear, natural Urdu. The site isn’t huge—mostly product pages, an About section and a short FAQ—but every phrase matters because the text is customer-facing. I’m looking for a translator who can preserve the friendly tone while ensuring idiomatic accuracy, correct spelling and smooth reading flow for native Urdu speakers.
You will receive:
• A single Word file (about 4,500 words) that contains all current English text, organised by page.
• A style guide that explains brand voice and any industry terms we always translate a specific way.
What I expect back:
• A clean Urdu version in the same Word file, keeping the original formatting intact so my developer can paste each string back into the CMS.
• A short note flagging any phrases that could be interpreted in more than one way so we can confirm the preferred wording.
Please be comfortable working in MS Word or Google Docs, and have a keen eye for grammar and punctuation. If you’ve handled website localisation before, let me know; experience with SEO keywords in Urdu is a plus but not mandatory. Turnaround time is five days from project start, with a quick mid-project check-in so we stay aligned.
