English-Filipino Marketing Translation

I have a batch of English educational marketing pieces—think brochures, one-pagers, and small inserts—that need to be rendered into natural, culturally resonant Filipino ready for print. Accuracy is only half the job; the tone has to stay persuasive and informative without slipping into textbook formality, and every headline, call-out, and footnote must fit the space constraints of the existing layout.
What I will provide
• Final English text in PDF and Word
• Reference visuals showing exact character limits for each text block
What I need back
• A clean Filipino translation in Word, matched line-for-line with the original so my designer can drop it straight in
• A brief note flagging any phrases that might not localise neatly so we can adjust artwork early
• A quick proof pass of the printer’s PDF (once the designer has swapped text) to be sure nothing broke in the transfer
Acceptance criteria
• Every section translated, zero Google-translate artefacts
• Grammar, spelling, and cultural nuance verified by a native Filipino speaker
• Text fits existing layout without manual kerning or font size tweaks
