Afghan Media Gender Content Reviewer - 23/10/2023 16:09 EDT

I am looking for an Afghan Media Gender Content Reviewer to join our team and help improve the representation of women in broadcast media content. The main objective of this role is to identify and address gender biases in the content and ensure gender equality.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing broadcast media content on a one time basis
- Identifying any gender biases or stereotypes in the content
- Providing recommendations and suggestions for improving the representation of women in the content

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of gender issues and gender equality in media in Afghanistan
- Previous experience in content review or media analysis with a a gender focus
- Strong research and analytical abilities [qualitative and quantitative]
- Familiarity with Afghan media landscape and cultural sensitivities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto
