SaaS Product Demonstrator

We are an IT company that manages and maintains web-based SaaS applications.
We are looking for a SaaS Product Demonstrator to join our team and help us to provide our customers with the best possible support experience.
Applicants must demonstrate a high level of English proficiency, equivalent to C1 or C2 (CEFR).

Responsibilities:

Presentations:
Demonstrating of products functionality to potential customers;
Conducting critical internal reviews of products.
Preparing product presentations and marketing materials.
Teaching customers:
Writing and maintaining end-user documentation;
Teaching new users.
Routine support:
Providing technical support to customers via email, ticket system, and phone.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

You must be located in the EU/EEA or in the UK.
