Japanese & Traditional Chinese Chat Support Agent (Long-Term / OF-Style Sales Chat)

I’m hiring native Japanese and native Traditional Chinese (Taiwan/HK) chat support agents for a long-term position.

Your main role will be to respond to messages, build relationships, and increase sales through chat. This is a customer engagement / sales-based chatting role, not just basic support.

Main Responsibilities
    •    Reply to inbound messages in Japanese or Traditional Chinese
    •    Keep conversations natural, flirty, and engaging (non-scripted)
    •    Upsell content, memberships, and paid messages through chat
    •    Build long-term relationships with subscribers
    •    Follow pricing guidelines + sales strategy
    •    Track notes / fan information when needed

Requirements

✅ Native Japanese OR Native Traditional Chinese (Taiwan preferred)
✅ Strong writing ability (must sound natural, not translated)
✅ Comfortable with adult content / NSFW environment
✅ Experience in customer service, sales chat, or online chatting preferred
✅ Reliable, consistent availability
✅ Able to follow instructions and hit sales goals

Schedule
    •    Flexible hours available
    •    Prefer someone who can work daily or multiple days per week
    •    Long-term partnership preferred

Payment

Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
We will start with a short paid trial.
