Italian QGIS Expert for Ticino River Mapping

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer fluent in Italian and with expertise in QGIS for a project mapping the Ticino River catchment in Lombardy, Italy. The ideal candidate should have experience in hydrology mapping, LULC mapping, land use/cover change analysis, and flood mapping. It is also essential that the freelancer is adept at downloading QGIS files from Italian sites to support the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and accurate river flow maps for the Ticino River catchment.
- Utilize the CORINE Land Cover classification system for LULC mapping.
- Conduct a thorough land use/cover change analysis spanning the years 1954-2024.
- Create comprehensive flood maps for the area.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Italian is a must.
- Expertise in QGIS and experience in hydrology mapping, LULC mapping, and flood mapping.
- Prior experience with land use/cover change analysis.
- Capability to download QGIS files from Italian sites.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
