You would help provide excellent customer support to the customer for us, mainly in the form of taking inbound calls.
YOU WOULD BE AN IDEAL FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU:
- Have at least 2 years working experience in call center(s)
- Are a Native Portuguese Speaker and have working knowledge of English
- Are fine with working 7days/week, 8hours/day
- Are service-oriented, responsible and have customer care attitude and problem-solving skills
- Are familiar with soft phone and are equipped with quality PC and Mic Set
