I’m seeking a professional and culturally accurate translation of a short formal business letter from English to Japanese. The letter is addressed to a potential business client, and the goal is to establish a trustworthy, respectful, and polished communication tone.

The translator should be able to preserve the intent and style of the original message while ensuring it reads naturally and appropriately in Japanese.
Both experienced and motivated new freelancers are welcome to apply, provided you can demonstrate a good understanding of Japanese business etiquette and honorific language.

Deliverable:
• A refined Japanese version of the letter in editable text format (Word or Google Docs).
