Commission-Only Partner – Sales & Client Acquisition (South Vietnam)
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m looking for a commission-only business partner to handle sales and client acquisition for my freelance garden design and digital media services, with a focus on targeting Western clients (North America, Europe, Australia). The objective is simple: bring in clients, secure retainers, and grow the business.
You’ll have complete freedom to set and keep your own retainer fees and scheduling fees—those are yours. I’ll structure project pricing around what you secure. Once a retainer is in place, I handle the service delivery (consultations, design, planting plans, AutoCAD overlays, 3D visuals, etc.).
This is a ground-up opportunity: you’ll shape how sales run, including managing payments (PayPal or other systems). I only care about results—not how you get them.
Requirements:
Based in South Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City / Mekong region preferred)
High level of English to communicate confidently with Western clients
Comfortable working independently and creatively in sales
Offer:
Keep all retainers/scheduling fees
Uncapped commission on every project
Long-term partnership—once I relocate to Vietnam, we can also collaborate in person
