e-books that are localised and published in multiple languages (including French, Italian, and German)

I will only release payment once all of the work has been finished and I have given my approval. The project is to localise an e-book into three different languages. The scope of the project is that I require the services of a freelancer with extensive expertise to handle the translation and proofreading of one novel in any of the following three languages: French, Italian, or German.
