Health Blog Data Entry Assistant

I run a small, health-and-wellness blog and now need a reliable helping hand to handle the routine data-entry work behind the scenes. The task is purely data entry—no original writing required—but everything you touch will relate to blog posts in the health and wellness niche.

Day to day, you will receive ready-made articles (Word or Google Docs), images, and a short checklist. Your job is to log in to our WordPress dashboard, copy-paste the text, apply basic formatting, add the supplied images, fill in SEO fields (title, meta description, focus keyphrase), and schedule or publish the post. I will provide a quick video walk-through, a style guide, and precise, step-by-step instructions so the process stays easy and consistent.

Accuracy and an eye for neat presentation are essential; if you already know your way around WordPress or similar CMS tools, great. Fast typing and solid English spelling/grammar will help you double-check headings and links before hitting “Publish.” A stable internet connection and the ability to respond to messages within 24 hours round out the basic requirements.

Deliverables per article:
• Text and headings entered and formatted as instructed
• Images uploaded, resized, and alt-tagged
• Yoast (or RankMath) SEO fields completed
• Post scheduled or published and marked complete in our Trello board
