English–Bengali Technical Translation
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a set of English technical documents that must be rendered into clear, precise Bengali without losing any of the specialised terminology or structural formatting. Equations, tables, diagrams and reference numbers need to remain exactly where they are, so the translated file should mirror the source layout.
Experience with manuals, user guides or specification sheets is a plus, and I’m happy if you work in a CAT tool such as Trados, Wordfast or MemoQ—I simply need the final Bengali version delivered in an editable format (Word or InDesign package preferred) plus a clean PDF for quick review.
Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed; however, once we agree on a glossary for recurring terms, I’m expecting a turnaround of roughly 2,000 – 2,500 words per day. Before we begin, I’ll share a short, non-paid sample (around 150 words) so we’re both comfortable with style and terminology choices.
Acceptance criteria
• All source content fully translated into Bengali
• Technical terms matched to the agreed glossary
• Original formatting, diagrams and numbering preserved
• Spell-check completed and no machine-translation artefacts
