Bengali Telecaller For CCTV Leads

I’m expanding ALERTRIX — our CCTV installation and 24×7 live-monitoring company — and I need a dedicated female telecaller who can work comfortably from home. Your Bengali must be flawless, with enough Hindi and English to handle basic questions.

Each day you’ll pick up the phone, introduce our surveillance services, record every conversation, and keep prospects engaged until a meeting is fixed for the field team. Prior telecalling experience is important because your success will be judged on two clear metrics: meetings booked and the quality of your call notes.

What I expect you to hand me:
• A clean call log with disposition codes and comments
• Calendar entries for every confirmed appointment
• A short end-of-day summary flagging hot leads and notable feedback

You’ll work six days a week on a fixed salary plus attractive incentives for every conversion you help close. Basic computer or smartphone literacy is enough to get you started on our cloud dialer.
