Key Tasks:
Translate recipe instructions between English/Japanese, adjusting:
Measurements (cups → grams/ml or 合)
Ingredients (e.g., "heavy cream" → 生クリーム, "vanilla extract" → バニラエッセンス)
Tools (e.g., "whisk" → 茶筅 for traditional matcha)
Adapt baking terms (e.g., "fold gently" → さっくり混ぜる)
