I’m ramping up a fresh B2B outbound campaign and need an inexperienced caller who can turn curated contact lists into qualified sales opportunities. The objective is straightforward: generate leads that my sales team can immediately pursue. Email aren’t part of this engagement; every touchpoint will be handled by phone, so confidence on calls, quick rapport-building, and solid objection-handling matter most.

You’ll receive a segmented list of decision-makers, a short product brief, and access to our CRM. From there, I expect you to research each prospect just enough to tailor the conversation, place the calls during agreed-upon windows, and document outcomes in real time.
