Transcription of Whispers in Audio -- 2

I need two audio files, just over an hour long, transcribed. They contain conversations, with some whispering. I also have a WhatsApp voice note.

Requirements:
- Transcribe every word of the whispers
- Identify who is speaking

Ideal skills:
- Experience with audio transcription
- Ability to clean up and clarify whispers
- Familiarity with WhatsApp voice notes
