Transcribe Meeting Audio

I need a one-hour meeting audio file transcribed. The audio quality is occasionally poor, as the phone was in my pocket. The transcription is needed quickly, and should be provided in a Word document. The meeting is in English and the only specific terminology is "performance improvement plan."
