Precise Transcription Services Required
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a batch of recordings that must be converted into flawless, word-for-word text. Some files are audio-only, others are video, and several include multiple speakers, so clear speaker identification is essential. Lengths vary from brief interviews to longer sessions that stretch past an hour.
Here’s what I expect:
• Clean, verbatim transcripts delivered in an editable Word-compatible format.
• Speaker labels whenever the voice changes.
• Timestamps every few minutes (or at major topic shifts) so I can jump straight to key moments.
• Careful proofreading to eliminate typos, misheard words, or punctuation errors.
Let me know in your proposal:
• Your experience handling multi-speaker or complex audio.
• The tools you rely on—Express Scribe, Descript, Otter, Trint, or any custom workflow—so I understand your process.
• Typical turnaround time per hour of audio and your pricing structure.
• A brief sample (or link) proving the quality I can expect.
I’ll provide a short test file once we agree on terms; if the result meets this brief, I’ll release the full set of recordings for transcription. Accuracy and consistency matter most, so feel free to outline any questions or preferences that will help you deliver pristine transcripts.
