I have a steady flow of internal meeting recordings—in European or Brazilian Portuguese, up to 30 minutes each and featuring no more than two speakers—that need to be transcribed into clear, accurate text. The audio quality is usually strong, so I’m looking for precision rather than guesswork.
What I need from you:
• Native-level Portuguese with excellent spelling, accents, punctuation, and familiarity with informal business language
• Clean-verbatim transcripts (remove fillers and false starts unless meaningful), delivered in .DOCX or .TXT
• Speaker labels (“Speaker 1,” “Speaker 2”) with a new line each time the speaker changes
• Basic timestamps every 5 minutes or at major topic shifts so I can easily locate sections in the audio
• Fast turnaround—ideally within 24 hours of accepting each file
I use tools like Express Scribe and Descript, so if you work with these or similar software, the workflow will be smooth.
