I have a general-content recording with more than one speaker and I need every word captured accurately. A clean, well-formatted transcript is the goal; please edit lightly for grammar and punctuation so it reads naturally, and feel free to add speaker labels wherever that will make the conversation easier to follow—otherwise, simple paragraph breaks are fine.
I value speed but not at the expense of accuracy. If you usually work in Express Scribe, oTranscribe, or a similar tool and run a final pass through Grammarly or equivalent software, that’s exactly the workflow I’m after. I expect the finished document to be at least 99 % accurate and delivered within the agreed deadline.
