Please tag speakers consistently—simple labels such as “Speaker 1,” “Speaker 2,” etc., are fine—and keep punctuation true to the flow of speech. Timestamps every minute or at each speaker change are helpful but not mandatory if they slow you down.
I will share the files via a cloud link; most are under 30 minutes, with occasional longer clips. You are free to use any professional tool—Express Scribe, oTranscribe, Descript, or your own setup—as long as the final text is proof-read and ready to drop into a document.
