Fast Meeting Audio Transcription

I have several recorded meetings that need to be turned into clean, accurate text as quickly as possible. The audio files will be shared in a common format (MP3/MP4), and I’m looking for someone who can listen carefully, capture every speaker’s words, and deliver a well-structured transcript.
Speed is important to me, but not at the expense of accuracy—timestamps at major topic changes and clear speaker labels are essential. If you normally work in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or plain text that’s perfect; I’m flexible on the final file type as long as it’s easy to edit and share.
Please have excellent command of English, a solid grasp of meeting terminology, and the ability to handle occasional crosstalk or accents without losing context. Let me know your turnaround time for one hour of audio and any tools you use (Express Scribe, oTranscribe, etc.) so I can gauge fit. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right transcriptionist.
