Literary agent in the balkans

Hello I am a new author self publishing. I need someone to circulate my book in the literary world in the Balkans. I would also like this person to market my books on social media. I prefer to work with someone in the Balkans in the country of Bosnia, Serbia or Croatia. This job will start in the month of October 2021.
