The purpose of this project is to teach basic English to beginners with a focus on speech. I aim to help individuals communicate effectively in day-to-day conversations.
## Requirements
* Prior experience in teaching English, or a similar role
* Exceptional understanding of the English language
* Patience and dedication, as beginners often start with no prior knowledge
* Familiarity with interactive teaching methods to make learning engaging
## Roles and Responsibilities
* Conduct regular speaking sessions
* Focus on everyday conversation topics
* Assess and monitor student progress
* Provide constructive feedback to the students regularly
Fluency in English is a must for this project. Freelancers willing to work on a flexible schedule will be preferred. You should also be able to design fun and engaging lessons that cater to individual learning styles.
