Requirements:
- Proficient in English Speaking & Writing
- Available via Phone, Text, Whatsapp, Email
- Bonus points if you already are familiar with Slack
- Understand how to use AppFolio, Perform Reconciliations, Data Entry, and Managing Bills
- Understand Facebook Marketplace policies and restrictions related to rental listings
- Ability to manage rental listing accounts and pages
- Knowledge of how to effectively market rental listings on Facebook
- Experience with renewal processes and responding to leads
- A commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service
